Rob Malloch - Chief Marketing Officer
Rob Malloch joined the PMA organisation in May 2008 but is no stranger to the beverage alcohol industry. He began his career with Schenley Canada in 1981 as an Industrial Relations Assistant in the Human Resources department and moved on to marketing in 1984. Rob has held various positions at Schenley, United Distillers, UDV, Guinness UDV and Diageo, overseeing at various times the Vodka, Scotch, Gin, Canadian Whisky, RTD and Beer portfolios as well as new product development.
Rob is passionate about uncovering consumer insights that can be leveraged to unlock opportunities for growth. He is also a champion of fully integrated campaigns and seamless communication through the line. As a firm believer in continuous learning, Rob has taught internal marketing courses and has been a guest speaker at Ryerson, York and Marketing Magazine events.
A native of Montreal and graduate of McGill University, Rob is married to Sue McNaughton and has 3 children; Shannon, Carolyn and Bryan.
