2 oz Zubrówka vodka
4 oz apple juice
Combine the Zubrówka vodka with clear apple juice, to taste, and add ice. Stir but don't shake.

2 oz Zubrówka vodka
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

3 oz Zubrówka vodka
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz Irish whiskey
Pour the Irish whiskey into a chilled cocktail glass. Swirl around the glass in order to coat; drain excess. Pour the vodka and vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
