1. SPONSOR

The contest is sponsored by PMA Canada Ltd. (the “Sponsor” or “PMA”). The contest is in no way sponsored or endorsed by LCBO.

2. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHBITED. The contest starts at 12:01 AM. Eastern Time (ET) on February 1, 2020 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on June 30, 2020 (the “Contest Period”). The winner will be announced on July 15, 2020.

CONSUMERS: To enter the contest, eligible consumers must, during the Contest Period: (i) visit www.FlatRoofManor.com/contest and enter the required information regarding your wedding. (ii) Full details must be completed on the online form in order to be selected. Entries will be rejected if the entry form is not fully completed and not submitted during the Contest Period (iii.) To qualify for a BONUS contest entry, post a picture on Instagram of your Flat Roof Manor bottle using the hashtag #FlatRoofManor.  For the purposes of this contest, the entrant is the person who holds the Instagram account. It is this person to whom the prize will be awarded if selected and declared a winner.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To enter and be eligible to win, a consumer must be a resident of Ontario and have reached 19 years of age at the time of his or her contest entry. Each entrant must hold a valid account on the Instagram platform. The employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter this contest.

PRIZES: There will be a total of one (1) consumer Grand Prize available to be won and consists Something New: Swarovski Sparkling Key Necklace (retail value $150) + New His/Hers Travel Luggage (value not to exceed $500); Something Old / Something Borrowed: Transportation in a vintage vehicle (value not to exceed $1,500); Something Blue:  Flat Roof Manor Wine Pinot Grigio – value not to exceed: $650. Holding a retail value of approximately: $2,800.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitution, and are not transferable or convertible to cash and not for resale. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute another prize or component of the prize (or cash equivalent) of equal or greater value without liability in the event that a prize or any component of a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.

4. WINNER SELECTION

To enter and be eligible to win, a consumer must be a resident of Ontario and have reached 19 years of age at the time of his or her contest entry. Each entrant must hold a valid account on the Instagram platform. The employees, representatives and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies as well as the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter this contest.

5. ADVERTISING CONTENT

By participating, entrants agree that any and all Instagram posts, advertisements of Flat Roof Manor and/or other materials identifying the Flat Roof Manor brand will comply with the requirements prescribed by the Liquor Advertising Guidelines: Liquor Sales Licensees and Manufacturers (December 2017) issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), notably that they will be: (i) consistent with the principle of depicting responsible use/service of alcohol, (ii) promote a general brand or type of liquor and not the consumption of alcohol in general, (iii) not imply that consumption of liquor provides personal benefits (such as athletic prowess, social, professional or personal success, etc.), (iv) not appeal to minors, (v) not associate the consumption of alcohol with driving a motor vehicle or with any activity that requires care and skill, (vi) not depict motorized vehicles in motion, unless the vehicle is a form of public transport, and (vii) not suggest illegal sale, purchase or handling of alcohol.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

7. LIMIT OF LIABILITY AND TERMINATION

To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering or description of the prize or any other materials produced in connection with the contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, falsified, incomplete, mutilated, destroyed or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials or for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entries by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.  If for any reason, including infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or affected, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In addition, if for any reason, in its sole discretion, the Sponsor determines that the contest should not or cannot be run as planned, Sponsor Bank may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In no case will the Sponsor be required to award more prizes than indicated in these Official Rules or award prizes other than in accordance with these Official Rules.

8. PRIVACY AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information gathered about entrants will be used solely for the administration of the contest and is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, where applicable: No communication unrelated to the contest, commercial or otherwise, will be sent to the entrant by the Sponsor, unless the entrant has otherwise authorized the Sponsor to do so.

By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, address, photographs and/or any statement submitted with the entrants’ entry in any advertisement, publicity or promotion carried out by the Sponsor or its authorized agents in connection with the contest in any and all venues or media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification. 

9. GENERAL RULES

By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final and binding.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misdirected, falsified, mutilated, illegible, fraudulent, late, or copied. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who enters or attempts to enter this Contest in a way contrary to these Official Rules or unfair to other entrants or whom the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this contest.

This contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws applicable therein. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be adjudicated solely in the applicable court in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The contest is otherwise subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Decisions of the Sponsor are final in respect of all aspects of this contest. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant(s).

All entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor and shall not be returned. 

The Sponsor encourages responsible drinking.

THE LCBO HAS REVIEWED THE CONTEST RULES TO ENSURE THAT THEY COMPLY WITH LCBO REQUIREMENTS. HOWEVER, IT IS THE SPONSOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE CONTEST AND ANY PROMOTION OR ADVERTISING ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS AND GUIDELINES, INCLUDING SPECIFICALLY, THE GUIDELINES ESTABLISHED BY THE ALCOHOL AND GAMING COMMISSION OF ONTARIO.
