Alex Browning

Alex retired from LCBO after almost 38 years the last 20 as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO.

Currently teaches business as a part-time instructor at York University’s Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies.

He is a Fellow of the Certified Professional Accountants (FCPA) and a Fellow, Society of Management Accountants (FCMA). He also has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a Masters of Education from Brock.

He is a former chair and Vice-Chair of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario(CMAO) and a past member of the Public Accountants Council of Ontario. He currently serves on the boards of Members Savings Credit Union, a Wine & Spirits Distribution company and a 211 Services Ontario and Christadelphian Meal-a-Day Fund of Canada.
