Senior Director of Brand Development & Strategy


A graduate of Wilfred Laurier’s Business program, Brett has developed and been successful for over 20 years in CPG, Retail and consulting roles. Brett has led and overseen business and product portfolios on national and global scale, leading strategy and marketing activation.

Brett joined PMA as Senior Director of Brand Development & Strategy in 2021 and has brought to his role a fresh perspective, a vision for growth, and a people-first attitude. His current portfolio as Head of Marketing includes PMA’s prestigious line up of spirits, wines, RTD, and beer, as well as the company’s own corporate brand. Brett leads multiple teams across key international suppliers and works closely with PMA’s partners and stakeholders.

He thrives in collaborative environments, leading his teams to become more innovative through ideation sessions, and become results-driven through performance analysis and iterative approaches.

In his spare time, Brett enjoys spending time with his family, playing games with his kids, and giving HGTV a run for its money with his home renovation inspiration.
