Emma Herlihy

Emma joined PMA in August 2023 as Senior Marketing Director on the WG&S portfolio and was promoted to VP Marketing PMA on May 1st 2024.   She has extensive experience in both multi-national corporations and as an entrepreneur in the drinks industry – being awarded Agent of the Year in 2018 (small agent category).

Emma is a forward-thinking senior marketing and business leader.  During her career she has managed many iconic, global and local wines, spirits and beers.  She has a proven track record of leading teams, creating innovative business solutions from strategy to execution and fostering cross-functional expertise to deliver results. Her career demonstrates professional success in business management, trade marketing, marketing and sales from both the UK and Canadian markets. She has a strong collaborative work ethic coupled with astute decision-making focused on setting and achieving results.

Emma also holds the WSET Diploma and lives and breathes the value of continuous learning.

When she is not working, Emma volunteers on the board of her local tennis club, has a passion for gastronomy, travel and loves spending time with friends, family and the family dog – Pudge.
