Pawel is a passionate supply chain leader with 15+ years of experience managing supply chains for wholesale distributors and global food and beverage importers. Pawel joins PMA from Kevito Group Ltd, the parent company of the Chatime Canada franchise restaurant network.

Pawel specializes in transforming underperforming supply chains into resilient flows and leveraging cross-functional collaborative S&OP planning to navigate the challenges of the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world.

At PMA Pawel leads the supply chain function working holistically with all brand and functional teams to understand and quantify customer demand, integrating the results into the operating rhythm of the business.

In addition to professional designations in the supply chain and demand-driven planning, Pawel holds an Honours Master of Arts Degree in Performing Arts from the St. Moniuszko University of Music in Gdansk, Poland, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School.
