Newfoundland – Maureen Spearns will be working her last day with us at PMA on Friday May 27th.
Maureen has decided to retire after 12 great years in Newfoundland. She has traveled “The Rock”, from the west coast of Port Aux Basque to the eastern point of St. John’s.
Maureen has shown a real passion for building the business and providing a community first in service excellence. She has sampled and sponsored many large curling events and participated in every NFL trade show while building great licensee accounts over the years.
Maureen had come over to PMA in 2005 as she had worked with the previous sub agent who took care of PMA portfolio. At that time PMA only had 2 wines in the portfolio and Maureen was instrumental in increasing the listings to over 35 wine SKUs while gaining over 12 spirits and 5 new beer SKUs.
We certainly wish Maureen and her family the best of retirement and certainly have appreciated all the great work and relations she has built around Newfoundland.
