Beverage alcohol sales and marketing agency to strengthen its national footprint for its premium spirits, wines and beer portfolio
(January 16, 2019– Oakville, Canada) Today, Peter Mielzynski Agencies (PMA) announced it has acquired Quebec-based LCC Wine & Spirits. The two companies have a long history of collaboration, and this agreement represents the latest move by PMA in its efforts to establish a leadership position in the Canadian beverage alcohol space.
LCC, established in 1985, quickly built a distinguished reputation thanks to its passion, experience and management philosophy based on responsibility and mutual respect. In addition to its strong brand portfolio, LCC has provided exceptional leadership for PMA’s supplier partners in Quebec, based on its insight, trusted relationships and strong family leadership.
With this acquisition, the majority of LCC’s team of professionals will join PMA, including current President and CEO Dominique-Ann Coffin who will assume the role of Vice President of Sales, East Region, overseeing Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces with PMA.

Founded in 1979, PMA brings its long-established relationships with shareholders William Grant & Sons, Distell Wine & Spirits, Grupo Italiano Vini and, most recently, Breakthru Beverage Company. PMA also brings exclusive long-standing supplier relationships that include spirit partners Jägermeister, Illva Disaronno, Goslings and Flor de Caña, beer partners Innis & Gunn and Asahi, and wine partners Norton, Emiliana, and Reh Kendermann.
PMA recently signed a national sales brokerage agreement with Brown-Forman, makers of Jack Daniel’s along with a strong portfolio of premium spirits and expanded its relationship with Distell. The Brown Forman agreement, along with the LCC acquisition, lifts PMA to the 4th largest selling agency in Canada by value and strengthens PMA’s national footprint, allowing an efficient route to market for the company’s full portfolio of brands. Last year, PMA formed a shared services partnership with Breakthru Beverage Group to invest in enhancing its analytics, trade marketing, training and sales capabilities.
