Founded in 1836, Pommery is an exceptional Champagne House today due to the bold vision of Madame Pommery. As the creator of the first Champagne Brut in 1874, the Maison produces cuvées from meticulous grape selection with a unique history of balancing tradition and modernity. A perfect blend of Chardonnay/ Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier: A selection of 40 Crus, from different areas of Champagne – 95% on the Crus scale. Pale yellow with faint green highlights and delicate bubbles. On the nose it is lively and cheerful, fresh, with notes of baked brioche. The palate is elegant and lively with a very nice and lingering finish featuring flavours of dried apples, almond & honey.
