Gibson’s Finest® Sterling Canadian Whisky with crushed mint, sugar and peach juice, served over crushed ice and garnished with a mint sprig.
- 2 oz Gibson's Finest Sterling
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz peach juice
- mint leaves
To a rocks glass, add 12 mint leaves, simple syrup, and peach juice. Muddle. Add Gibson’s Finest® Sterling. Fill with crushed ice (or regular ice) and stir to mix.
