Salted Agave & Apple Sour is a delicious cocktail with Tromba Reposado, lemon juice, salted agave nectar and freshly squeezed Granny Smith apple juice. Perfect for any get together with friends or family.
- 1 oz. Tromba Reposado Tequila
- .50 oz. lemon juice
- .50 oz. salted agave nectar
- 1.25 oz. fresh Granny Smith apple juice
- 1 egg white
Fill rock glass with ice - Put in shaker Tromba Tequila shot, lemon juice, salted agave nectar and fresh apple juice. Then add the egg white just before shaking so alcohol & citrus don’t cook it. Pour over ice and garnish with a slice of apple.
